Job summary

PT Tiga Inti Pilar invites applications for a Planning Engineer based at our Jakarta Office. You will develop and maintain project schedules for onshore and offshore oil & gas projects, ensuring alignment with work plans and milestones.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and at least 2 years in planning or project control, with strong MS Project skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams under pressure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in planning or project control.
• Experience developing and maintaining project schedules.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project.
• Strong understanding of schedule control and progress tracking.

Planning Engineer

Placement: Jakarta Office

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Planning Engineer, Project Control Engineer, or in a similar position, preferably in EPC, construction, oil & gas, or engineering projects.
• Experienced in developing and maintaining project schedules, work plans, and progress monitoring.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project.
• Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, progress measurement, and project control.
• Experienced in preparing and monitoring S-Curve, progress reports, manpower loading, and resource allocation.
• Able to analyze planned vs. actual progress, identify schedule deviations, and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
• Familiar with Man-Hour (MH) monitoring, productivity, and project performance tracking.
• Able to prepare weekly and monthly project progress reports and other planning-related documentation.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills with Project Managers, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and other project teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Willing to be assigned to project/site locations when required.
