Job summary

PT Tiga Inti Pilar invites applications for a Planning Engineer based at our Jakarta Office. You will develop and maintain project schedules for onshore and offshore oil & gas projects, ensuring alignment with work plans and milestones.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and at least 2 years in planning or project control, with strong MS Project skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams under pressure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in planning or project control.
• Experience developing and maintaining project schedules.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project.
• Strong understanding of schedule control and progress tracking.
• Able to prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules and work plans.
• Monitor progress and analyze schedule deviations.
• Prepare weekly and monthly project progress reports.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineering, Procurement, Construction.
• Support resource allocation and man-hour monitoring.
