You will learn pizza dough handling, ingredient prep, and cooking techniques while contributing to a fast-paced, team-driven kitchen in Bali. The role may involve evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in a kitchen, pizzeria, or restaurant is welcome but not essential.
• Willing to learn recipes, preparation techniques, and kitchen procedures.
• Ability to work quickly and carefully with attention to detail.
• Commitment to cleanliness, food hygiene, and safe food handling.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and portion ingredients, toppings, sauces, and other pizza components.
• Prepare, handle, and shape pizza dough according to standards.
• Assemble and cook pizzas according to recipes and orders.
• Check presentation, quality, and consistency before serving.
• Keep ingredients stocked, labeled, and stored correctly.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and equipment.
• Follow food hygiene, safety, and allergen-handling procedures.
• Work with the kitchen team to manage orders and ensure efficient service.
• Clean utensils, equipment, and surfaces during and after service.
• Report equipment issues or stock concerns to the team.
