Job summary

Princess Cruises is seeking a Demi Chef de Partie Pizza to lead pizza production on board. You will supervise the 2nd Commis-Pizzeria, ensure recipes are followed, and maintain quality across high-volume handmade pizzas.

You will monitor mise en place, taste-test products, and support cost targets while collaborating with the Chef de Partie-Pizzeria. This fixed-term contract role requires strong English communication and the ability to train multicultural crew, with a focus on efficiency,

Qualifications

• Must have 3 years of experience as a Pizza Maker with at least 2 years experience as a 2nd Commis Pizza.
• Must be well versed in USPHS regulations and able to explain concepts.
• Must be proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Controls the pace of production and drives the preparation process, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Supervises the 2nd Commis-Pizzeria during mise en place, pizza production, and baking.
• Ensures production follows Company recipes and maintains recipe files.
• Taste-tests products and monitors mise en place during production.
• Adheres to the daily production schedule and monitors ingredient usage.
• Supports cost targets and works with Chef de Partie-Pizzeria.
