Job summary

Princess Cruises is seeking a Chef de Partie Pizza to lead high-volume Neapolitan-style pizza production aboard the ship. You will supervise junior cooks, ensure authentic hand-tossed dough, and maintain recipes and quality standards.

Strong experience as a pizzaiolo with formal certification is preferred. Excellent English and teamwork are essential to deliver exceptional guest experiences on board. This role offers a dynamic international work environment with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Pizzaiolo in high-volume production.
• Formal Pizzaiolo Certification preferred.
• Solid knowledge of Neapolitan pizza process, dough prep, baking techniques.
• Good English skills (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Delivers Neapolitan-style pizza to passengers, ensuring hand-tossed and freshly baked dough.
• Supervises Demi Chef de Partie Pizza and Commis Chef during baking and mise-en-place operations; provides coaching.
• Monitors ingredient usage, minimizes waste, and plans orders with Executive Chef.
• Maintains pizza recipe files and assists in budgeting and cost targets for the pizzeria.
