Job summary

Siloam Hospitals Group is seeking a healthcare liaison to strengthen ties with doctors, specialists, and external partners in Yogyakarta. The role focuses on presenting hospital facilities and services, aligning outreach with hospital needs, and driving patient referrals.

You will work on maintaining accurate patient data for monthly reports, collect operational data, and support quality and safety initiatives across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Health required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in the same field preferred.
• Proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues and implementing strategies to enhance physician relations.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with doctors/specialists/agents/agencies and ensure information is up-to-date and aligned with hospital needs to increase referrals.
• Set targets for external parties based on hospital facilities, resources and needs to guide outreach strategies.
• Introduce hospital facilities, products and services to doctors/specialists/agents/agencies.
• Establish regular cooperative relationships with external parties to maximise use of hospital facilities and services.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of recording patient data for monthly reporting.
• Collect required data and produce reports related to operational activities and visit results.
• Implement quality and safety procedures, including attending training, collecting data, and documenting reports to support hospital-wide indicators.

• Building relationships with doctors/specialists/agents/agencies and ensuring that the information received by doctors/specialists/agents/agencies is the latest information and in accordance with the needs of the Hospital to increase patient referrals to the Hospital
• Determine targets for external parties (doctors/specialists/agents/agencies) based on the hospital's facilities, resources and needs to develop appropriate approach strategies in introducing the services and facilities owned by the hospital
• Introduce Hospital facilities, products and services to all potential doctors/specialists/agents/agencies
• Establish good and regular cooperative relationships with external parties to maximize increased use of Hospital facilities and services
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of recording patient data for use as monthly reporting
• Collect required data and/or make reports related to operational activities and visit results
• Implement procedures and practices for quality and safety services, including attending training, collecting data, documenting and/or making reports needed to support the achievement of hospital wide indicators and related department/unit targets
• Bachelor Degree from Health

• Ability to analyze referral patterns, performance metrics, and feedback to drive improvements and inform strategic decisions.
• Familiarity with healthcare management systems and electronic health records (EHR) can be advantageous.
