Job Purpose

To build and maintain strong relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals to support patient referrals, improve physician engagement, and strengthen the hospital's service utilization and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Build and maintain professional relationships with doctors, clinics, and other healthcare providers.


2. Conduct regular visits to physicians to communicate hospital services, facilities, medical specialties, and service updates.


3. Identify opportunities to strengthen physician engagement and increase patient referrals to the hospital.


4. Coordinate with internal departments to address physicians' needs, feedback, and service-related concerns.


5. Monitor physician referral activities, maintain accurate relationship records, and prepare periodic reports.


6. Support physician engagement programs, medical events, seminars, and other promotional activities.


7. Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and hospital operational teams to achieve referral and business targets.


8. Monitor market developments, competitor activities, and opportunities to expand the hospital's physician network.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1), preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.


• Previous experience in physician relations, medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, hospital marketing, or healthcare business development is preferred.


• Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.


• Target-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting.


• Willing to conduct field visits and travel as required.


• Experience in the healthcare or hospital industry is an advantage.


• Willing to be placed in Surabaya, Tuban, Bojonegoro, Banyuwangi, Probolinggo and Kediri.
