Job summary

Siloam Hospitals Group is seeking a Marketing professional to target external doctors, specialists, and agents, promoting hospital facilities and services. You will build and maintain cooperative relationships to maximize service utilization and contribute to monthly reporting through accurate data collection.

The role requires presenting effectively and communicating clearly, with a valid SIM A to enable driving as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires at least a bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• At least 1 year in Hospital Marketing, Pharma or Banking as Medical Representative.
• Strong presentation and communication abilities.
• Possess a valid SIM A and be able to drive a car.

Responsibilities

• Determine targets for external parties (doctors, specialists, agents) based on hospital facilities, resources and needs.
• Introduce hospital facilities, products and services to external parties.
• Establish cooperative relationships to maximize use of hospital facilities and services.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of recording patient data for monthly reports.
• Collect data and prepare reports related to operational activities and visit results.
• Support quality and safety initiatives by attending trainings and documenting results.

• Determine targets for external parties (doctors/specialists/agents/agencies) based on the hospital's facilities, resources and needs to develop appropriate approach strategies in introducing the services and facilities owned by the hospital
• Introduce Hospital facilities, products and services to all potential doctors/specialists/agents/agencies
• Establish good and regular cooperative relationships with external parties to maximize increased use of Hospital facilities and services
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of recording patient data for use as monthly reporting
• Collect required data and/or make reports related to operational activities and visit results
• Implement procedures and practices for quality and safety services, including attending training, collecting data, documenting and/or making reports needed to support the achievement of hospital wide indicators and related department/unit targets

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any discipline
• At least 1 year of experience in Hospital Marketing, Pharmaceutical Companies as a Medical Representative, or Banking
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Possess a valid driver's license (SIM A) and able to drive a car
