Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain professional relationships with doctors, clinics, and other healthcare providers.
• Conduct regular visits to physicians to communicate hospital services, facilities, medical specialties, and service updates.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen physician engagement and increase patient referrals to the hospital.
• Coordinate with internal departments to address physicians’ needs, feedback, and service-related concerns.
• Monitor physician referral activities, maintain accurate relationship records, and prepare periodic reports.
• Support physician engagement programs, medical events, seminars, and other promotional activities.
• Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and hospital operational teams to achieve referral and business targets.
• Monitor market developments, competitor activities, and opportunities to expand the hospital’s physician network.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting.
• Willing to conduct field visits and travel as required.
• Experience in the healthcare or hospital industry is an advantage.
