Job summary

Altius Hospitals Puri Indah is seeking a Pharmacy Shift Leader to directly coordinate pharmacy staff, assign tasks, and ensure smooth operations during shifts. You will guide and train technicians, monitor performance, and support the pharmacist on duty while maintaining compliance with pharmacy laws and safety protocols.

This role requires a Master degree in Pharmacy or related field, plus at least 2 years of shift leadership experience in a hospital or related setting.

Qualifications

• Master degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Science, or related field.
• Active Registration Certificate (STRA) required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmacy shift leadership.
• Experience in hospital pharmacy, distribution center, or FMCG warehouse is a plus.
• Able to coordinate with multiple departments and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate pharmacy staff, assigning tasks like filling, packaging, and data entry.
• Guide and train pharmacy technicians, monitor performance, and support the pharmacist on duty.
• Ensure adherence to pharmacy laws, safety protocols, and company policies. Report errors immediately.
• Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve patient or operational issues during the shift.
• Handle opening/closing procedures, basic inventory checks, and shift handovers
