Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.

• Proven leadership of technical teams in healthcare.
• Strong knowledge of hospital infrastructure, safety regulations, and medical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance, calibration, and repair of hospital facilities, medical devices, and utility systems.
• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of technical staff, contractors, and service vendors.
• Ensure all equipment and facilities meet safety, regulatory, and operational standards.
• Manage technical budgets, procurement, and inventory of spare parts and tools.
• Conduct regular inspections and respond promptly to maintenance issues.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative departments to support operational needs.
