Job summary

Altius Hospitals Puri Indah is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Unit Leader to oversee daily receiving, storage, and issuing of pharmaceutical items in a hospital setting. You will train staff, set work schedules, ensure compliance with CDOB/CPOB, manage stock opname, and coordinate with nursing and medical chiefs to maintain patient safety.

The role requires a Master degree in Pharmacy and 2–3 years of hospital pharmacy leadership experience; shifts may be required depending on facility

Qualifications

• Master degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Science, or related field.
• 2–3 years experience in pharmacy unit leadership.
• Experience in hospital pharmacy, distribution center (PBF), or FMCG warehouse is an advantage.
• Understanding of CDOB and CPOB regulations.
• Able to work under pressure and coordinate with multiple departments.
• Willing to work shifts if required (depending on facility operations).
• Possess an active Registration Certificate (STRA).

Responsibilities

• Manage daily receiving, storage, and issuing of pharmaceutical items.
• Train team members, make work schedules, and support high performance.
• Follow legal rules, reduce medicine errors, and keep patients safe.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock opname.
• Ensure correct storage conditions (temperature, segregation, cold chain).
• Prepare internal distribution to units.
• Log all internal and external messages and report status updates to nursing or medical chiefs.
• Listen to worker concerns and give clear tasks.
• Step in to help the front-line team when work gets heavy.
