Job summary

Aspen Medical Indonesia in Depok is seeking a Pharmacy Unit Supervisor to lead daily operations of the Pharmacy Unit and ensure safe, compliant pharmaceutical services that support excellent patient care.

You will supervise pharmacy staff, manage workflow and inventory, and collaborate with the Medical Support Manager and multidisciplinary teams to drive continuous service improvement and optimal medication management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy and Professional Pharmacist Qualification (Apoteker) are required.
• Valid STRA and SIPA licensure.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a hospital pharmacy or healthcare setting.
• Minimum 2 years in supervisory/leadership roles.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the Pharmacy Unit to ensure safe, efficient service.
• Coordinate workflow, staffing, and resources to maintain service continuity.
• Monitor medication availability and storage, escalating issues as needed.
• Promote safe medication use and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance feedback to pharmacy staff.
• Collaborate with Medical Support Manager and multidisciplinary teams to improve outcomes.
• Prepare and maintain pharmacy records and operational reports.
• Support continuous service improvement and regulatory compliance.
