Job summary

Siloam Hospitals Group (Tbk) is seeking a Pharmacy Inventory Associate to support stock control across mainstore and substore levels. You will help maintain stock accuracy between the warehouse system and physical stock, and ensure efficient item placement.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor in Pharmacy, basic computer skills, and proficiency with Excel. You will work with the pharmacy team to improve picking efficiency and accuracy in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor in Pharmacy.
• Able to operate a computer.
• Able to use Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support stock opname and adjustment to ensure stock accuracy between system and physical.
• Organize items on the rack in accordance with FEFO to enable efficient picking by the pharmacy team.
• Label items with QR codes per item/separators for proper identification.
