Job summary

Siloam Hospitals Group (Tbk) is seeking a pharmacist to support pharmacy services within our hospital units, ensuring prescriptions are processed, medicines are prepared, and drugs are efficiently distributed to patients across outpatient and inpatient settings.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma (D3) in Pharmacy with an active STR and at least 1 year of relevant experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and contribute to our patient-centered care approach.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) in Pharmacy is required.
• Active STR (pharmacist registration certificate).
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in a similar field; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Responsible and have good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support pharmacy services in receiving prescriptions, compounding and preparing medications, and distributing drugs in outpatient/inpatient pharmacy services to meet patients’ medication needs.
