Job summary

PT. BIA SENYUM SEHAT INDAH in Bali seeks a Pharmacy Operations Co-ordinator to oversee daily pharmacy activities, ensure accurate medication management, and maintain regulatory compliance while delivering excellent patient service.

You will supervise staff, monitor stock, coordinate with suppliers, and generate reports on inventory, sales, and operations to support integrated patient care across the network.

Responsibilities

• Pharmacy Operations – Coordinate daily pharmacy activities and ensure smooth operations.
• Medication Management – Monitor procurement, receiving, storage, stock levels, expiry dates, and distribution of medicines.
• Team Coordination – Supervise pharmacy staff, assign duties, and monitor performance.
• Patient Service – Ensure accurate, safe, and professional medication dispensing and patient assistance.
• Inventory Control – Maintain accurate stock records and minimize expired, damaged, or excess inventory.
• Supplier Coordination – Coordinate with suppliers regarding orders, deliveries, pricing, and product availability.
• Compliance – Ensure pharmacy operations comply with applicable regulations, SOPs, and company policies.
• Documentation & Reporting – Maintain pharmacy records and prepare operational, inventory, and sales reports.
• Financial Control – Monitor pharmacy sales, purchasing costs, and operational expenses.
• Coordination with BIA Dental Center – Collaborate with clinical, finance, operations, and other departments to support integrated patient services.
