Job summary

PT Summarecon Agung Tbk. is seeking a qualified personal trainer for the gym at Summarecon Mall Bekasi. You will design and supervise customized workout programs, guide members on exercises and equipment, track progress, and provide assessments and consultations.

The role requires certifications, a diploma, and willingness to work shifts including weekends and public holidays at the Bekasi gym location.

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma degree in a related field.
• Proven experience as a certified personal trainer or fitness coach.
• Possess national/international fitness certification (e.g., ACE, ISSA, NASM, etc.).
• Excellent knowledge of fitness programs, health, and nutrition.
• Strong interpersonal and motivational skills.
• Able to design personalized workout plans for various client needs.
• Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities
