Job summary

HACHI GROUP, headquartered in Jakarta and a leading Halal F&B company in Indonesia, is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to keep executive day-to-day operations organized and efficient. The role focuses on documentation, office administration, and travel scheduling.

The candidate should have at least a S1 degree and 2+ years of PA experience, with strong math and Excel skills, capable of following up with project providers and managing budgets and expenses.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of PA experience, handling petty cash, tracking budgets, managing expenses.
• Strong math skills and intermediate Excel ability.
• Ability to confidently follow up with project providers.

JOB QUALIFICATION :
