Job summary

ANKER Indonesia (PT INTEGRITAS DINAMIKA) is seeking a driven Paid Advertising Specialist to plan, execute and optimize campaigns across Shopee Ads, Tokopedia Ads and TikTok Ads to generate profitable sales and leads in Indonesia.

You will set up campaigns, monitor performance, analyze CPA/ROAS, test audiences, creatives and landing pages, and partner with creative teams to deliver high-performing ads while reporting weekly results.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years experience managing paid advertising campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with Shopee, TikTok and Tokopedia Ads Manager.
• Experience with at least one additional platform such as Shopee Ads or TikTok/Tokopedia Ads.
• Strong understanding of ROAS, CAC/CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, CVR.
• Able to analyze campaign data and make optimization decisions.
• Understanding of conversion tracking, pixels/events, UTM parameters, and attribution.
• Analytical and commercially minded.
• Able to communicate campaign performance clearly.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns.
• Set up campaigns, audiences, budgets, creatives, pixels/events, and tracking.
• Monitor daily campaign performance.
• Optimize campaigns based on CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, CTR, CPC, and other metrics.
• Test different audiences, creatives, offers, landing pages, and campaign structures.
• Analyze customer acquisition costs and revenue generated from advertising.
• Work with creative/content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
• Identify underperforming campaigns and take corrective action.
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Manage and scale advertising budgets responsibly.
• Conduct competitor and market research.
• Continuously test new approaches to improve acquisition efficiency.
