Job summary

Anker Innovations in Jakarta is seeking a seasoned E-commerce Promotions Lead to own monthly promotional planning and ads strategy across Shopee, TikTok, and Tokopedia. You will define campaigns, discount depth, voucher architecture, and budget allocation, then collaborate with the IDI Team to align strategy and drive measurable ROAS.

The role is planning-focused (not execution) and requires close collaboration with strategy members and the ads PIC to drive daily alignment and improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in e-commerce with promotion planning or performance marketing
• Experience building promotion calendars and ads budget/ROAS frameworks
• Ability to collaborate with IDI Team and agency partners
• Strong data skills for dashboards and ROI analysis

Responsibilities

• Monthly promotional planning for Shopee, TikTok, and Tokopedia
• Build the monthly promotion calendars and decide on hero products, campaigns, and pacing
• Set discount depth and design voucher/bundle mechanics within approved ceilings
• Define ROAS targets and ad efficiency guardrails per platform and format
• Allocate monthly ads budget per brand and campaign, review performance weekly
• Maintain the promotions and ads performance dashboard and report ROI insights
