You will plan, launch, and optimize ads, continuously test creatives and audiences, and report on performance with a strong emphasis on CPL, conversion rate, and ROAS. This is a remote-friendly, performance-based role with a monthly retainer and incentives.

Qualifications

We are looking for a highly skilled Performance Marketer to join our growing wellness and fitness ecosystem under Agape Group. This role is strictly performance-focused. If your strength is running ads, optimizing funnels, and driving measurable results — this role is for you.

About the Role You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads, with the primary goal of generating high-quality leads and conversions. This is a performance-based role with a monthly retainer + performance incentives tied directly to results.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads & Google Ads campaigns
• Drive qualified leads and conversions for our fitness & wellness brands
• Continuously test creatives, audiences, and funnels to improve performance
