Job summary

mGanik Care Clinic in Indonesia is seeking a licensed nurse (Ners) to join a warm, patient-centered team dedicated to guiding patients on their health journeys.

You will assist doctors with diabetes and metabolic care, perform wound care and IV insertions, maintain records, and work with a collaborative team in a modern clinic.

Qualifications

• Hold Indonesian medical license and STR as Ners.
• Degree: D3 or S1 in Nursing.
• At least 2 years in healthcare facilities, especially diabetes or metabolic care.
• Experience in wound care, IV insertion and patient care procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients bringing calm, care, and reassurance at every visit.
• Assist doctors with diabetes/metabolic patient care.
• Perform nursing procedures: wound care, IV insertion, homecare visits.
• Provide emotional support and patient education beyond medical care.
• Maintain accurate medical records and follow SOPs and safety standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team.

• You'll assist doctors in delivering attentive and personalized care for patients with diabetes and metabolic conditions.
• You'll perform nursing procedures such as wound care, IV insertion, and homecare visits with confidence and compassion.
• You'll help patients feel supported not just medically, but emotionally because healing is never just physical.
• You'll maintain accurate medical records and ensure every treatment follows clinical SOPs and safety standards.
• You'll work closely with a collaborative care team that believes healthcare should feel human, thoughtful, and continuous.

Youll thrive here if you:

• Hold a valid Indonesian medical license and STR as Ners.
• Have a D3 or S1 degree in Nursing.
• Have at least 2 years of experience in healthcare facilities, especially handling diabetes or metabolic-related patients.
• Are experienced in wound care, IV insertion, and patient care procedures.
• Communicate clearly, warmly, and work well within a multidisciplinary team.
• Are comfortable using computers and digital medical records systems.
• Are willing to be placed in Bintaro, Green Lake City, or Gading Serpong.
