Job summary

PT Surgika Alkesindo seeks a qualified nurse to provide initial consultations and beauty clinic services. You will perform facial treatments and aesthetic care under medical guidance, while following SOPs and infection control.

You will handle injections, infusions, blood draws, and related procedures with diligence. The role requires registration, willingness to work shifting, and a strong focus on patient education and safety within a fast-paced clinical environment.

Qualifications

• D3 Nursing education or Professional Nurse qualification.
• Active Nurse Registration (STR) and licensing requirements for practice.
• Experience in beauty clinics or aesthetic field is a plus.
• Skills in nursing procedures: injections, infusion placement, blood draws.
• Basic knowledge of skin care, facial treatments, and aesthetic care.
• Good communication, friendly, service-oriented with patient focus.
• Willing to work shifting.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial consultation and service to patients regarding aesthetic procedures and treatments available at the clinic in an informative, friendly, and professional manner.
• Perform facial treatments and aesthetic care in accordance with competence, doctor's instructions, and applicable SOPs.
• Conduct nursing procedures such as injections, infusions, blood draws, and other medical procedures according to competence and clinic protocols.
• Ensure treatment rooms, medical equipment, and consumables are always clean, sterile, complete, and ready for use.
• Apply hygiene standards, equipment sterilization, and infection prevention and control measures to ensure patient safety.
• Monitor patient condition before, during, and after procedures and report any complaints or unexpected reactions to the doctor.
• Ensure medical equipment is well-maintained and monitor availability of medication and medical supplies stock.
• Provide patient education regarding pre-treatment and post-treatment care according to doctor's instructions.

Perform facial treatments and aesthetic care in accordance with competence, doctor's instructions, and applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Conduct nursing procedures such as injections, infusions, blood draws, and other medical procedures according to competence, authority, and clinic protocols.

About you

D3 Nursing education or Professional Nurse qualification

Active Nurse Registration (STR) and meet licensing requirements for practice according to applicable regulations

Work experience in beauty clinics or aesthetic field is an added value

Skills in nursing procedures such as injections, infusion placement, blood draws, and related procedures according to competence

Basic knowledge of skin care, facial treatments, and aesthetic care procedures

Good communication skills, friendly, thorough, and service-oriented with focus on patient satisfaction

Willing to work shifting
