Qualifications

• Gelar Diploma/Setara yang diperlukan untuk perawat terdaftar (RN).
• Ijazah S1 keperawatan lebih disukai.
• Kepatuhan terhadap regulasi dan standar keselamatan pasien.

Responsibilities

• Menilai, merencanakan, melaksanakan, dan mengevaluasi perawatan pasien sepanjang hidupnya.
• Melakukan prosedur rutin seperti irigasi mata, perawatan luka, dan pembalutan.
• Menginisiasi perawatan darurat saat dibutuhkan.
• Memberi edukasi kesehatan dan dukungan pencegahan.
• Mendukung dokter dengan asesmen, prosedur diagnostik, dan tindakan bedah kecil.
• Mengembangkan rencana perawatan untuk pasien dengan kondisi kesehatan jangka panjang.
• Berkomunikasi efektif dengan pasien, keluarga, dan tim kesehatan.
• Berpartisipasi dalam inisiatif peningkatan kualitas dan keselamatan.

Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) in a Physician Practice setting delivers high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with physicians and clinical teams. Responsibilities include assessment, treatment, monitoring, education, and preventative care for patients of all ages. This role requires critical thinking, clinical judgment, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced outpatient environment while ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Essential Functions

• Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates care for patients across the lifespan
• Performs routine procedures such as eye irrigation, wound care, and dressing applications
• Initiates emergency care and interventions in critical situations
• Provides health education and preventive care support
• Supports physicians with assessments, diagnostic procedures, and minor surgical procedures
• Develops and evaluates treatment plans for patients with long-term health conditions
• Communicates clearly and effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Participates in quality improvement and safety initiatives

Education

• Associate Degree in Nursing (Required)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Preferred)

Licenses/Certifications

• Current valid Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the practicing state or compact RN license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required

Experience

• One (1) year of clinical nursing experience in a physician practice setting preferred
