ASTRO adalah perusahaan e-commerce cepat di Indonesia yang beroperasi di Jakarta Barat. Kami mencari People Partner untuk memimpin inisiatif HR dari desain organisasi hingga pengembangan kepemimpinan.

Anda akan bekerja dengan pemimpin lintas fungsi untuk menerjemahkan prioritas bisnis menjadi praktik HR yang tepat. Kandidat memiliki setidaknya 3 tahun pengalaman sebagai People Partner/HR Business Partner, pengetahuan hukum ketenagakerjaan yang mendalam, dan kemampuan mempengaruhi serta membangun

Qualifications

• Memiliki pengetahuan menyeluruh mengenai hukum ketenagakerjaan.
• Pemahaman mendalam tentang semua fungsi HR dan praktik terbaik.
• Berpengalaman bekerja dengan tim lintas fungsi.
• Memiliki kemampuan bisnis yang kuat.
• Terampil Microsoft Office, khususnya Excel.
• Pengalaman dalam efektivitas organisasi dan proses perubahan.
• Kapasitas memfasilitasi, meyakinkan, mempengaruhi, dan membangun kredibilitas.

Responsibilities

• Berkolaborasi dengan para pemimpin untuk memahami prioritas bisnis dan bertindak sebagai penasihat sumber daya manusia.
• Dukungan desain organisasi, perencanaan tenaga kerja, MPP, kejelasan peran, dan perubahan organisasi.
• Memimpin ulasan bakat, perencanaan suksesi, pengembangan karier, promosi, retensi, dan pengembangan kepemimpinan.
• Bekerja sama dengan pemimpin untuk manajemen kinerja termasuk penetapan tujuan, tinjauan kinerja, kalibrasi, dan peningkatan kinerja.
• Menangani kasus karyawan kompleks, masalah kinerja, disiplin, dan hubungan industri sembari mengelola risiko secara tepat.
• Memimpin implementasi program People dan pengalaman karyawan yang relevan.
• Menggunakan data SDM untuk mengidentifikasi tren, risiko, dan peluang serta memberi rekomendasi konkrit kepada pemimpin.
• Bekerja erat dengan COEs HR dan pemangku kepentingan untuk memastikan solusi People selaras dengan kebutuhan bisnis.

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Business & People Partnering

• Partner with leaders to understand business priorities, provide people insights, and act as a trusted advisor and constructive challenger on people and organizational matters.

Organization & Workforce Planning

• Support organization design, workforce planning, MPP, role clarity, and organizational changes to ensure the right structure and capability are in place.

Talent & Leadership

• Drive talent reviews, succession planning, career development, promotion, retention, and leadership development for critical talent and roles.

Performance Management

• Partner with leaders to manage performance effectively, including goal setting, performance reviews, calibration, and performance improvement.

Employee Relations & People Risk

• Support complex employee cases, performance issues, disciplinary matters, and Industrial Relations while ensuring appropriate risk management and collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

People Programs & Employee Experience

• Lead the implementation and adoption of key People initiatives across the assigned functions, ensuring programs are translated into practical business actions.

People Analytics & Insights

• Use people data and business insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations to leaders.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with People COEs and other stakeholders to ensure People solutions are aligned with business needs and effectively executed.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• Bachelor’s or Diploma Degree (D3/D4) in any major
• Thorough knowledge of labor legislation.
• In-depth knowledge of all HR functions and best practices.
• Must be team-oriented and demonstrate the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Having a strong business acumen.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a People Partner or HR Business Partner.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in organizational effectiveness and organizational change processes.
• Proven ability to facilitate, persuade, influence, and build credibility across all levels and functions.
• Experience in a startup or fast-paced industry is preferred
