Job summary

Funding Societies | Modalku is seeking a People Operations Intern to support day-to-day HR operations and workplace services. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating a smooth employee experience.

You will work closely with the People Experience team and gain hands-on exposure to HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, benefits administration, and workplace management.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Admin, Psychology, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of HR principles, policies, and employment regulations is a plus.
• Proficient in Excel/Sheets and Office tools; able to organize and present data.
• Strong communication and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations, including updating employee records and HR databases.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation.
• Support benefits and insurance administration, including BPJS registrations.
• Handle HR documentation and administrative processes for policy compliance.
• Assist with office management and workplace services to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors on HR matters.
• Support other People Operations initiatives as required.
