Job summary

Funding Societies | Modalku is seeking a People Development Intern to help shape how employees learn, grow, and engage across the company. You will support surveys, develop learning materials, and coordinate learning sessions while contributing to e-learning modules and feedback systems.

The role emphasizes data analysis, communication, and project coordination. Monthly allowance of IDR 3,500,000 is provided, with flexible work style and tech support including a company laptop.

Qualifications

• Duration: 3-6 months internship.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas) and Google Workspace.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
• Solid analytical ability and data sense, able to turn data into insights.
• Clear and structured communication; ability to frame problems and solutions.
• Enrolled in an undergraduate or master’s program (Master’s preferred) in HR, Data Science, Business Admin, Economics, Management, Statistics, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Drive Company-wide surveys and feedback reporting.
• Run regional people development initiatives and learning sessions.
• Research and innovate in learning; evaluate training platforms and grants.
• Perform data cleaning and analysis to generate reports for decision-making.
