Job summary

Funding Societies | Modalku Group is seeking a People Operations Intern to support day-to-day HR operations and workplace services in Jakarta. The role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering a smooth employee experience.

You will work closely with the People Experience team and gain hands-on exposure to HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, benefits administration, and workplace management.

Qualifications

• Final year student or fresh graduate in Accounting or Finance.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (basic formula, Sum, IF, Vlookup).

Responsibilities

• Assist in data entry and validation.
• Support monthly closing activities.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the finance team.
• Assist in preparing audit schedules.
• Assist in preparation of tax reporting data.
• Perform account payable.
