Funding Societies | Modalku is seeking a People Operations Intern to support HR operations and workplace services in Indonesia. The role focuses on maintaining employee records, onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and office management to ensure a smooth employee experience.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and currently pursuing a degree in HR, business, or psychology, with strong Excel/Sheets and MS Office skills, and an ability to handle confidential

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of HR principles, policies, and employment regulations is a plus.
• Strong familiarity with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, with the ability to organize, manage, analyze, and present data effectively.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations, including updating employee records, maintaining HR databases, and ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality
• Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including first-day induction, documentation, and offboarding formalities
• Support employee benefits and insurance administration, including BPJS registration and updates
• Assist with HR documentation and administrative processes to ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
• Support office management and workplace services, ensuring the office runs smoothly and addressing issues related to office space, facilities, equipment, and supplies
• Assist with monitoring and maintaining office supplies and inventory
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors on HR and workplace-related matters
• Support other People Operations initiatives and administrative tasks as required
