Job summary

PT Ajaib Sekuritas Asia is seeking an experienced People Operations professional to manage daily HR operations, benefits coordination, and HRIS tasks. You will handle employee data accurately, respond to inquiries, and drive process improvements across the People Operations function.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3–4 years in HR Operations, with a strong eye for detail. This is a hybrid position offering collaboration with global teams and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in HR Operations or People Operations.
• Hands-on experience in HR administration, employee benefits & insurance coordination, HRIS management, and other HR processes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and data.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day People Operations activities, ensuring smooth HR processes.
• Coordinate employee benefits, insurance, and HRIS-related matters with accurate data handling.
• Handle employee inquiries related to payroll, HRIS, benefits, and other People Operations processes.
• Identify gaps and implement practical improvements to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
