Staffinc invites you to join our Internal People team as an HR Intern, offering hands-on exposure to core HR operations in a dynamic and innovative workplace.

You will assist with end-to-end HR processes, benefits enrollment, employee records, onboarding and offboarding, and employee engagement initiatives, while learning how compensation and benefits workflows fit into overall people operations. This internship is ideal for team players aiming to contribute meaningfully and grow professionally.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's Degree.
• Team player with a collaborative mindset.
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a team environment and work independently.
• Having experiences in organizations or internships.
• Available for internship start from February 2026.

Responsibilities

• Assist with end-to-end HR operations processes.
• Assisting with benefits enrollment and administration.
• Maintaining and organizing employee records and files
• Support and learn Compensation & Benefits processes, including BPJS, insurance administration and other benefits coordination
• Assist in preparing and managing people letters and employee documentation, as part of HR tools and systems
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee lifecycle experience
• Support employee engagement initiatives and help organize company events
