Dealls – Jobs, CV & Mentoring is seeking an HR Generalist to drive people operations across our startup ecosystem. You will manage recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance reviews, and employee engagement for Dealls, KantorKu, and SejutaCita.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in HR operations, strong compliance knowledge, and fluent English/Indonesian communication. This role suits someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and values people-centric processes.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years experience in HR operations, generalist, or people-related roles.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, documentation, and compliance.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communicator in both English and Indonesian.
• Proactive, empathetic, and capable of handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding, probation, promotion, and offboarding.
• Support recruitment and employer branding initiatives alongside the TA team.
• Maintain and update HR data, ensuring accuracy in attendance, payroll inputs, and benefits.
• Assist in performance review cycles, goal tracking, and feedback collection.
• Coordinate training and employee engagement programs.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor regulations, and internal documentation standards.
• Partner with leads on career pathing, retention, and culture initiatives.
