The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented final-year student or fresh graduate in psychology, management, or HR, with strong English and Indonesian communication skills.

Qualifications

• Final-year student or fresh graduate from psychology, management, HR, or related field.
• Strong written and spoken English and Indonesian.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work full-time internship for at least 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to interview coordination.
• Screen CVs and help identify suitable candidates.
• Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Assist in job postings and employer branding initiatives.
• Help ensure a positive candidate experience during the hiring journey.
• Support onboarding administration for new hires.
• Assist the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks and documentation.

Requirements
