• Coordinate and organize employee training programs, including training needs collection, scheduling, implementation, and evaluation.
• Prepare and maintain recruitment and training documentation, databases, and reports.
• Monitor recruitment progress and training effectiveness to ensure activities are completed according to plan.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to support manpower fulfillment and employee development.
• Ensure all HR administrative records are properly updated, organized, and maintained.
