Responsibilities

• Manage and implement the company’s HRM system covering employee/IR, organizational development, performance management, compensation & benefits, HRIS, document control, and HR audits.
• Ensure HR processes align with policies, objectives, and labor regulations.
• Support payroll processing and HR data accuracy.
