Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in HRBP, HR generalist, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, employee relations, performance management, and people development.
• Experience designing or implementing learning and development programs is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with cross-level stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
