Qualifications

• Enrolled in Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
• Basic knowledge of HR principles and employment regulations is a plus.
• Strong communication, organization and data handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations, update employee records and maintain databases.
• Assist onboarding and offboarding including induction and documentation.
• Support benefits and BPJS registrations and updates.
• Assist with HR documentation to ensure policy compliance.
• Help with office management and workplace services to keep the space functional.
