Funding Societies | Modalku, a leading SME digital finance platform, is seeking a People Operations Intern in Indonesia. The role supports day-to-day HR operations, onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration, and office services, ideal for someone organized and detail-oriented.

The internship offers a structured experience in HR, employee data handling, compliance, and coordination with internal teams and vendors.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of HR principles, policies, and employment regulations is a plus.
• Strong familiarity with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets; ability to organize, manage, analyze, and present data effectively.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations, including updating employee records and maintaining HR databases.
• Assist onboarding and offboarding processes, including induction and documentation.
• Assist with benefits and BPJS registration and updates.
• Help with HR documentation to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

We are looking for a People Operations Intern to support our day-to-day HR operations and workplace services. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating a smooth employee experience.

What You Will Do

• Support day-to-day HR operations, including updating employee records, maintaining HR databases, and ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including first-day induction, documentation, and offboarding formalities.
• Support employee benefits and insurance administration, including BPJS registration and updates.
• Assist with HR documentation and administrative processes to ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Support office management and workplace services, ensuring the office runs smoothly and addressing issues related to office space, facilities, equipment, and supplies.
• Assist with monitoring and maintaining office supplies and inventory.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors on HR and workplace-related matters.
• Support other People Operations initiatives and administrative tasks as required.

What We Are Looking For

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of HR principles, policies, and employment regulations is a plus.
• Strong familiarity with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, with the ability to organize, manage, analyze, and present data effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace, particularly Word/Docs, Excel/Sheets, and PowerPoint/Slides.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Able to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Able to commit full-time 3-6 month internship.

The internship comes with a monthly allowance of IDR 3,500,000.
