As a People Experience Advisor, you will be a trusted point of contact for both our employees and people leaders, bringing insight, empathy, and sound judgement to every enquiry you handle across Slack and by phone. You'll draw on your knowledge of people policies and employment practices to guide employees and leaders confidently, know when to bring in specialist support, and consistently deliver an exceptional customer experience.
You'll play a meaningful role in shaping how our people experience key career moments - onboarding, transfers, probation, remuneration, change and performance - ensuring these processes are accurate, and well-run, for both individuals and the leaders supporting them. You'll bring a curious, improvement-minded approach to your work, using AI and data literacy to generate insights that support our People and Culture Partners and influence wider BFS priorities.
Working alongside colleagues across People and Culture, you'll help spot patterns, solve recurring issues, and recommend smarter ways of working that improve the experience for employees and people leaders alike, while reducing risk.
