Job summary

Halo Robotics in Indonesia is seeking a People Development Specialist to drive onboarding, training, development, and engagement initiatives across the organization. You will design and implement programs, identify training needs, track employee feedback, and promote the company culture while ensuring confidential handling of information.

The role requires a proactive mindset, strong English skills, and prior OD/L&D experience in a technical or industrial context.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Training & Development, Employee Engagement or similar HR role.
Experience in drone/robotics tech or industrial sectors is a plus.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Positive and growth-oriented mindset with proactive learning attitude.
Comfortable sharing ideas and working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Conduct onboarding programs for new employees including paperwork and orientation.
Identify training needs via TNA and design relevant programs.
Track trends and feedback to address engagement and turnover.
Promote company culture and values through engagement initiatives.
Act as a bridge between employees and management for concerns.
Coordinate internal and external training programs.
Support other HR functions as needed.
Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.
