Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science, or two robotics/embedded internships.
• Knowledge of IoT concepts and device connectivity.
• Hands-on experience with microcontrollers (Arduino/ESP32/STM32) and embedded C/C++.
• Understanding of software engineering processes and related projects.
• Knowledge of AI basics, especially Human-AI Interaction is a plus.
• Strong communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and design robotic systems integrating hardware and software.
• Conduct research and publish academic papers in robotics and intelligent systems.
• Develop and refine the company’s proprietary robotics and IoT products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science, with strong academic performance OR at least 2 prior internships in robotics, embedded systems, or related fields.
• Understanding of Internet of Things (IoT) concepts, including the integration of hardware, software, and network connectivity to enable devices to collect, exchange, and act on data.
• Hands-on experience in designing and developing systems using microcontrollers (e.g., Arduino, ESP32, STM32), including circuit design, interfacing with sensors/actuators, and writing embedded software (C/C++ or similar).
• Basic understanding in software engineering process, proven by past software related projects. Previous roles in software engineering related roles is a plus.
• Understanding in Artificial Intelligence, especially in the area of Human-AI Interaction (motor, speech, text, vision) processing is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English, able to collaborate with local and international partners and directly with leadership.
