Paramadina is seeking a dynamic final-year undergraduate or recent graduate to join our HRGA team in Jakarta. You will support recruitment, onboarding, and training initiatives while managing HR data and crafting dashboards to drive data-driven decisions.

You will also help track SP productivity, coordinate calendars and leave records, and contribute to learning and development materials. This role offers exposure to performance management projects and operational improvements.

Formación

• Final-year undergrad or bachelor’s degree in HR, Industrial Engineering, Business or related field.
• Strong problem solving, communication, and analytical skills with a proactive attitude.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with blue collar workforces, HR, or operations is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.

Responsabilidades

• Supporting HRGA in recruitment, training, and onboarding strategies.
• Managing HR data, building dashboards, and generating insights for data-driven decisions.
• Tracking SP productivity, managing calendars, and maintaining leave records.
• Validating and analyzing SP order cancellations to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Coordinating disciplinary actions with relevant HRGA personnel.
• Supporting development and continuous improvement of Learning and Development modules.
• Creating educational materials, training content, and posters.
• Assisting in performance management initiatives and projects.
• Providing operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
