Job summary

Blibli.com is seeking a passionate Learning & Development professional to lead people development across its retail teams. You will assess training needs, design programs, and create engaging materials to drive performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field with GPA ≥ 3.00
• 1–3 years in people development/training/learning & development; experience in retail or hospitality is a plus
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an advantage
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and evaluation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Enjoys engaging directly with people and working across multiple locations
• Positive, adaptable, and passionate about developing others
