Job summary

Blibli.com is seeking an experienced leader to manage the Collection Reporting & Analytics unit and drive strategic process development. You will analyze data, synthesize recommendations, and oversee dashboards for monitoring and analytics.

You will collaborate with Risk, Fraud and Product teams, formulate collection strategies, and manage multiple projects while ensuring changes are reflected in Change Management and SOPs. Strong SQL/Tableau skills and financial services background are required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in finance analytics with at least 3 years in a managerial role, in Banking/Multifinance/Fintech/Insurance.
• Bachelor degree in Data Science/IT/Management; Master degree is a plus.
• Expertise in Collection; knowledge in Risk and Fraud is a plus.
• Proficient in financial services regulations and MIS; strong process development.
• Hands-on data mining and large dataset analysis using SQL; Tableau knowledge is advantageous.
• Good English communication skills (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Formulate collection strategies and translate into actionable steps.
• Manage multiple collection projects using standard project management approaches.
• Coordinate with Data Analytics and Product Manager to deliver collection product reviews and development output.
• Ensure collection process changes are recorded in Change Management and SOPs.

Job description

• Responsible in managing collection unit Reporting & Analytics and Strategic & Process Development both workflow and system solutions
• Analyze & synthesize collection data into improvement recommendation by considering cost, benefit, and impact analysis
• Able to review collection process and number in the big picture, meanwhile paying attention to detail of each sequence
• Overseeing dashboard collection metrics for monitoring and analytic purposes
• Conduct serial analysis & ad hoc that not limited only to Collections, but also collaborate with Risk-Fraud-Product team
• Able to formulate collection strategy & processes and translate into actionable steps
• Manage multiple collection projects by following standard project management approaches
• Working closely with Data Analytics team & Product Manager in order to deliver output: collection product review & development
• Overseeing and ensure any collection process changes updated into Change Management & Standard Operating Procedures

Qualification

• Have minimum 7 years of experience, and minimum 3 years of experience in managerial position from Financial Industry (Banking/Multifinance/Fintech/Insurance)
• Minimum Bachelor degree majoring in Data Science/IT/Management (Master degree is a plus)
• Expertise in Collection. Expertise in other areas like Risk and Fraud will be a plus
• Have a good understanding in financial services regulatory
• Have outstanding knowledge in Strategic & Process Development and MIS area
• Hands on in technical experience to be able conduct data mining and analyzing large datasets by using SQL and/or have a knowledge in Tableau will be an advantage
• Have an intermediate understanding of AI usage in daily tasks
• Familiar with process documentation and project management (full cycle)
• Fast learner and able to switch fundamental understanding from his/her current industries expertise into Lending Business
• Have a strong people management skills and quick adaptation in new environment
• Able to communicate in English both verbal and written
