Job summary

Blibli is seeking a Human Capital Communications Junior Officer to help craft and deliver engaging internal communications that connect employees with Blibli's culture and values. You will translate ideas into clear messages, support campaigns, and drive employee experiences through creative content and cross-functional collaboration.

The role combines communication, creativity, and project management to build a connected, engaged workforce in a dynamic e-commerce environment in Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Excellent copywriting, editing, and proofreading with attention to detail.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to execute projects independently from planning to implementation.
• Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders and gather requirements effectively.
• Experience managing internal communications or employee engagement initiatives is a plus.
• Open for Fresh Graduates with internship experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute internal communication initiatives across multiple channels, including email, Teams, and digital platforms.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand communication needs and transform briefs into clear, effective messages.
• Draft, review, and refine communication materials for messaging consistency and employee experience.
• Collaborate with Creative team to produce communication assets for campaigns and initiatives.
• Manage communication calendars and ensure timely delivery of announcements and engagement content.
• Lead and support internal communication projects, including process improvements and automation.

As a Human Capital Communications Junior Officer, you’ll work closely with stakeholders across the organization to develop and execute initiatives that foster a strong and engaging employee experience. You’ll translate ideas and business needs into clear communication, engaging campaigns, and impactful employee activities. This role combines communication, creativity, project management, and stakeholder collaboration to help build a culture where our people feel connected, engaged, and inspired to grow together.

What We’ll Work On Together:
