Pt Funworld Prima is seeking an experienced Retail Store Supervisor to oversee operations at the Pekanbaru location. You will lead a team of sales associates, drive daily performance, and ensure outstanding customer engagement and store presentation.

The ideal candidate has proven retail leadership, strong coaching skills, and the ability to manage inventory, scheduling, and cash handling while delivering on sales targets and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail supervisory or leadership role.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a retail team.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, sales techniques, and customer service best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in POS systems and basic inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coach a team of sales associates, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and cash handling.
• Monitor sales performance, set targets, and implement strategies to achieve or exceed sales goals for the Pekanbaru store.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and visual merchandising standards.
• Handle escalated customer issues, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolutions.
• Assist with inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stock control to optimize product availability.
