Pt Puriasri Bhaktikarya is seeking an accomplished Area Sales Manager to lead retail sales efforts in Pekanbaru, Riau. The role demands strategic thinking, sales excellence, and the ability to mentor a field team to achieve aggressive targets.

You will analyze market trends, manage relationships with key partners, and drive initiatives to expand market share while ensuring effective budgeting and reporting to senior leadership.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in sales management, retail or consumer goods.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
• Experience with CRM and sales analytics.
• Familiarity with Pekanbaru retail landscape is a plus.
