Job summary

PT Global Jet Express (Cabang Jakarta) is seeking a Payroll Administrator to join our North Jakarta head office. You will handle monthly payroll inquiries, ensure accurate calculation of salaries, BPJS contributions and overtime, and resolve discrepancies.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree and 1–2 years' payroll experience, with strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and knowledge of PPh 21 regulations. Based in Pluit, North Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Management, or a related field.
• 1–2 years experience in payroll administration.
• Expertise in payroll processes, particularly with PPh 21 tax regulations.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, complex formulas).

Responsibilities

• Handle and resolve employee inquiries and complaints related to monthly salaries.
• Accurately calculate and reconcile payroll data, including salaries, BPJS contributions, and overtime.
• Address and troubleshoot payroll discrepancies efficiently.
• Ensure payroll processes align with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Indonesian tax laws (PPh 21) and BPJS regulations.
• Verify and process invoices from vendors/outsourcing, and maintain active coordination to ensure smooth administrative alignment and contract compliance.
