Job summary

• Minimum 1–3 years of payroll experience, client-facing preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Proficient Excel skills to manage and analyze payroll data.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll transactions accurately per policies and local regs.
• Collect and input earnings, deductions, taxes, and leave data.
• Prepare payroll reports for internal and client use.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies promptly and maintain data confidentiality.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth payroll delivery.
• Pursue process improvements and stay updated on payroll best practices.
