Job summary

Vistra is seeking an Assistant Manager, Accounting Services in Indonesia to lead accurate financial reporting under PSAK/IFRS. You will oversee timely statements, data integrity, and internal controls, while guiding a growing service team and collaborating across departments.

You will manage complex reconciliations, mentor staff, and drive improvements in accounting processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency within a dynamic, client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accountancy.
• 5–7 years of relevant accounting experience; consulting background preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and reconciliations.
• Excellent attention to detail and data integrity.
• Ability to manage time, meet deadlines, and work independently.
• Excellent communication and cross-department collaboration.
• Strong leadership and experience in managing large teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with PSAK/IFRS.
• Ensure books and records meet legal, tax, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and review working paper reconciliations and supporting schedules.
• Lead ad-hoc accounting tasks and special projects, including audits and internal reviews.
• Oversee and optimize internal accounting processes and controls.
• Stay up to date with accounting regulations and implement changes.
• Mentor and develop team members for performance and growth.
